Andrew Petri knows that great IT support starts with understanding people.

As a Service Desk Technician at KSP Technology, Andrew has spent the past year helping clients navigate technical challenges with patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset. While technology issues can be frustrating, Andrew sees every support request as an opportunity to make someone’s workday easier and less stressful.

“When people call for help, they’ve often already spent an hour or more trying to solve the problem themselves,” Andrew explains. “By the time they reach out, they’re frustrated — and that’s understandable.”

That perspective shapes the way he approaches every interaction. Instead of focusing only on the technical side of the issue, Andrew works to create a positive support experience that helps clients feel heard, supported, and confident that their problem will be resolved.

“Ultimately, my goal is to improve people’s work lives,” he says. “If I can help someone work more effectively and make their day easier, that’s a win.”
