Meet Noah: Why IT Support Was Better Than Becoming a Detective

At KSP, great technology starts with great people—and we’re excited to introduce the newest member of our Service Desk team, Noah!

Although he’s only been with us for a few months now, Noah has already jumped in with enthusiasm, tackling support tickets and soaking up as much knowledge as he can. Every day brings something new to learn, and he’s embracing the opportunity to grow alongside our experienced technicians.

When asked about his first impressions of KSP, Noah didn’t hesitate.

“The office is an amazing environment. Everyone is kind, excited to teach me new things, and they’re incredibly knowledgeable.”

That collaborative culture is something we value deeply. Our team believes that sharing knowledge and supporting one another helps us provide the best possible service to our clients.

So, what drew Noah to a career in IT?

For him, it’s the perfect combination of two things he enjoys most: solving puzzles and helping people.

“I like solving puzzles and helping people at the same time. Honestly, it was either this or be a detective, and I’m not cut out to be a detective!” he laughs.

It’s that curiosity and problem-solving mindset that makes IT such a great fit. Every support request is a new challenge, and every solution helps someone get back to what matters most.

We’re thrilled to have Noah as part of the KSP team and look forward to seeing his skills continue to grow. If you happen to connect with him through our Service Desk, be sure to say hello!

Welcome to the team, Noah!
