KSP has been providing IT services for WestExcel for the past 5 years.  We utilize a Citrix digital workspace and Cisco phone system – allowing our employees to work productively between 3 offices in Saskatchewan, British Columbia and Alberta.  Kevin and his team are professional, detailed and always willing to assist in a timely manner.  The Help Desk ticketing system allows us to submit and track our service requests on an individual basis, therefore eliminating the need for us to route our requests through a single point person in our office
