Since we changed to KSP, our overall productivity has increased. They migrated us from our in-house server to a hosted server environment which has almost completely eliminated our downtime during work hours. They are able to proactively work behind the scenes to monitor our system and complete adjustments after hours as needed to maintain ideal performance levels. Also, with the hosted Citrix environment we now have access work wherever we go giving our staff the ability to work from varying locations or after hours. KSP truly is an IT solution provider.
