We have a dedicated support line that is answered LIVE from 8:00AM to 5:00PM CST. We guarantee to have a technician working on resolving a critical problem within 15 minutes. Custom after-hours support is also available.

We don’t outsource services to other vendors. Because we own our own data center, our solutions are more secure and better managed. Data is stored and backed up in Canada. We have total control of our infrastructure and aren’t subject to the faults and accountability issues of those that use 3rd party vendors.

Instead of an overseas helpdesk or contracting out to another company, our help desk is located in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Go-Live in 5 Transition

To streamline and minimize interruption, you work closely with an Onboarding Team who guides you through the 5 step process that involves assessing your current situation, building the solution, testing, training users and handing off to the support team. On the go-live date, your team is ready and knows what to expect and our Help Desk team is standing by to assist with any adjustments.

First Class Support

Remote support ensures that you receive the fastest and most efficient support – our average time per ticket is 20 minutes. While most of our support is provided remotely, onsite service is available. In emergency situations, we can respond province-wide with our on staff Pilot and own commuter aircraft.
